Agnes Ogula

Agnes Ogula Ludaava is a holder of a Master's degree in Communication Studies, and a Postgraduate diploma in Mass Communication, University of Nairobi, retired Assistant Director of Information in the Government of Kenya where she served in various capacities including head of Information Training Department, and lecturer at the Kenya Institute of Mass Communication (KIMC), Lecturer in Mass Communication, University of Nairobi, head of communication in various ministries and also served as the Provincial Information Officer (PIO), Nairobi.
